every dollar matters

Running a specialty market means balancing inventory, labor, promotions, suppliers, pricing, and customer expectations—all while protecting margins that leave little room for error.

Your technology should simplify daily operations, not create more work.

Square brings together modern point of sale, payments, inventory, reporting, and business tools in one connected platform.

North Country delivers the planning, implementation, training, and ongoing guidance that keeps your store moving forward with confidence.

Great Stores Aren't Built Around Technology

They’re built around people. Families shopping after work. Employees who know customers by name. Departments working together. Communities depend on one local store.

Technology simply keeps everything moving.

  • Every delivery.
  • Every price change.
  • Every item scanned.
  • Every promotion.
  • Every checkout.

Square connects your front end, back office, inventory, payments, and reporting into one modern platform.

North Country ensures it works the way your store operates—from the first hardware installation to the busiest holiday weekend.

Protect Every Margin

Markets operate on some of the smallest margins in retail. Every pricing error. Every unnecessary labor hour. Every point of shrink. Every delayed deposit. Every manual process. Impacts profitability.

Square gives owners’ greater visibility into daily operations while reducing the manual work that slows teams down. When your staff spend less time correcting mistakes, they spend more time serving customers.

Inventory Visibility

Know what's on the shelf before walking to the back room.

Real-Time Reporting

Monitor sales, margins, and performance throughout the day.

Integrated Payments

Process transactions quickly while accelerating access to your funds.

Purchase Orders

Create and manage purchasing without disconnected spreadsheets.

Business Insights

Make informed decisions using current operational data.

Your technology shouldn’t consume your margins. It should protect them.

Keep The Store Moving

A retail store never stands still. Deliveries arrive. Shelves need restocking. Prices change. Customers check out. Departments are busy.

Technology should connect every part of your operation so your team can stay focused on serving customers instead of working around disconnected systems.

Square streamlines daily workflows giving employees intuitive tools they can learn quickly while providing owners greater visibility across the store.

Move customers through the lanes efficiently.

Connect fresh departments with the front end

Reduce training time while improving adoption.

When every department moves together, the entire store performs better.

Be the Market Your Community Knows.

The best retail owners aren’t spending their day behind a desk. They’re walking the aisles. Talking with customers. Checking inventory levels. Supporting employees. Planning the next promotion. Technology should give owners more time to lead their stores not more reports to reconcile after closing.

Square connects daily operations into one platform, giving owners greater visibility without pulling them away from the people who matter most.

See sales, labor, and inventory without waiting until the end of the day.

Spend more time serving customers instead of managing disconnected systems.

Stay connected to every area of the store from one dashboard.cts with greater accuracy.

Current information makes every decision easier.

A successful day isn’t measured by how much time you spend behind the computer. It’s measured by how much time you spend leading your store.
