Fincretive Gateway – Powered by PYXIS

Unlock new revenue & increase customer retention with the Fincretive Gateway

Accept OTC & HBC Payments with Ease

We’ve partnered with Fincretive* in order to empower independent grocers, ethnic markets, convenience stores, and other retailers to accept Medicare Advantage Healthy Benefits Cards (HBC) and Over-the-Counter (OTC) program payments—driving additional revenue, increasing customer retention, and leveling the playing field against national chains.

For too long, many independent retailers have been at a disadvantage, unable to support these programs while larger national competitors capitalized on them. Now, with our seamless gateway integration, you can compete on equal footing and offer the same valuable options your customers expect.

How This Benefits Your Business

Effortless Integration

The Fincretive gateway connects your POS system to all major OTC and HBC programs through a single integration, eliminating complexity and costly system changes.

Accretive Revenue & Profit Growth

Accepting these benefits increases basket size and drives incremental revenue while improving your store’s bottom line.

Attract and Retain More Customers

Customers rely on these benefits for essential purchases. By accepting them, you build long-term loyalty and keep shoppers returning to your store instead of seeking alternatives.

Available to All Clients and Retailers

This solution is available to all retailers using supported systems, including current North Country clients looking to enhance their payment options, as well as those we don’t currently have the privilege of providing service to.

Supported POS Integrations

POWERED BY PYXIS

HBC and OTC programs are fully compatible with contemporary LOC SMS versions. Thanks to our decoupled integration approach, implementation is seamless, avoiding expensive and time-consuming system updates. Most retailers can be live within weeks, not months.

How this Benefits Your Business

Fincretive APL filter service helps normalize & categorize product data to optimize approval of eligible items.

Retailers using versions of LOC’s ThriVersa can seamlessly accept HBC and OTC payments. Our decoupled integration ensures minimal risk to your POS system, avoiding disruptive or expensive updates. Implementation can usually be completed in a week or less.

We support HBC and OTC programs on most recent ENCOR versions. Our flexible integration layer minimizes disruption to your existing POS setup, eliminating the need for costly upgrades. Most installations can be completed within a week.

With support for HBC and OTC programs on most ISS45 versions, our integration method keeps your POS environment stable while eliminating high upgrade costs, and brings that functionality to legacy environments. Most setups can be finalized within a week once available.

Our integration supports HBC and OTC programs on supported StoreLine versions. With a design that prevents disruption to your existing setup, there’s no need for costly system overhauls. As many StoreLine implementations are heavily customized, these projects are carefully planned.  However, the technical implementation is measured in days – not weeks or months.

Our solution enables HBC and OTC program support on modern ACE versions. The integration process is designed to protect your existing POS environment, ensuring a smooth rollout without significant system changes. Once available, installations can typically be completed in under a week.
